We currently ship to the Northeast via UPS. Our shipping minimum is three units. All ice cream orders are shipped on Mondays. Your ice cream will arrive frozen 24 to 48 hours after being shipped. We offer flat rate shipping for $12. We cold ship all of our products in insulated cooler boxes with dry ice packs. Please make sure that someone is home the day that delivery is made. Not that you have to be home at time of delivery, just at some point that day to move your order inside. We will email you with the tracking information upon shipment.
At Goodness Dairy, we stand behind our products and quality controls, and we want your experience to be enjoyed! If you are dissatisfied with your product you purchased from us, please reach out to our support at moo@goodnessdairy.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make things right. While we can’t accept a return of any consumable product, we may offer a replacement or issue a refund to you if you qualify.
